Rebekah L. M. Wilson
Rebekah is a dedicated attorney who prioritizes her clients’ needs both inside and outside of the courtroom. At Barringer Sasser, Rebekah focuses on civil litigation, including business and commercial litigation, appeals, and estate planning and administration. Having focused on advocacy during law school, Rebekah helps clients find creative solutions to resolve their legal problems as quickly as possible and works diligently to achieve the best outcome for her clients. In her estate planning practice, Rebekah carefully listens to her clients to truly understand their needs and create a plan that they can trust to provide security for the future.
Rebekah holds a Bachelor of Science in Western Legal Traditions and International Relations from Liberty University where she graduated with honors. While earning her degree, she spent a semester in Washington, D.C. and worked on Capitol Hill at a nonprofit, public-interest legal organization focusing on constitutional law and civil rights. Rebekah returned to Virginia and graduated from Liberty University School of Law.
Rebekah has spent her legal career practicing in North Carolina, and lives in Cary with her husband, Nathan. She began her legal career as a summer intern for the Supreme Court of North Carolina, assisting Justice Samuel J. Ervin IV. While in law school, Rebekah served as the Managing Editor of the Liberty University Law Review and as the Chair of the Moot Court Board. Rebekah was actively involved in the law school’s appellate advocacy program. She competed at regional and national competitions around the United States, assisted in preparing both the Liberty Law and Liberty undergraduate moot court teams for competition, and had the unique opportunity to argue as amicus counsel for the United States before the Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband, playing the flute and piano, watching hockey, and painting.
