Ken J. Rousselo
As the son of a small business owner and Cary native, Ken understands the importance of hard work, quality customer care, and excellent service. The small business owner communicates clearly with his customers and manages their expectations. He works tirelessly and constantly towards building a dream while serving his community. A son works to be like his father. Ken demonstrates these generationally taught qualities and understanding through his daily interactions with his clients and colleagues.
At Barringer Sasser, Ken focuses on business transactional law, including business planning, contract law, commercial real estate, asset protection planning, tax planning, and executive-level business consulting. Ken enjoys troubleshooting business legal problems of all varieties and rarely shies away from a challenge.
As a life-long learner, Ken achieved three bachelor’s degrees, an MBA, and a Juris Doctorate from Liberty University during his seven-year tenure as a student. While obtaining these degrees, Ken spent over 1,000 hours volunteering through various organizations, including areas spanning from leading Liberty School of Law’s IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA) site to serving on the grounds-keeping team at Riverside Church of Lynchburg.
